Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Decarbon Venture! We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty coverage for your Decarbon Venture products.

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 Battery Warranty

Decarbon Venture offers a five-year warranty on the battery component of our power stations. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.

Condition: The battery warranty is subject to a minimum 60% retention of battery capacity over the warranty period.

1.2 Body Parts Warranty

Decarbon Venture provides a two-year warranty on all body parts of our power stations. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.

1.3 DCV Accessories Warranty

Decarbon Venture offers a one-year warranty on all DCV accessories. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.

2. Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Products that are damaged or modified.
  • Products operated with a damaged cord, plug, or output cable.
  • Products that are disassembled.
  • Products that are cleaned with harmful chemicals or detergents.
  • Non-quality related issues (after 30 days of purchase).
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Products that have been refunded.
  • Products with an expired warranty.
  • Lost, stolen, or free products.
  • Force majeure: such as earthquakes, fires and other natural disasters caused product failure.
  • Repairs through 3rd parties.
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to falls, use of the product in excess of its output rating, exposure of the product to rain or snow, extremely low air pressure, extreme temperatures).
  • Purchases from illegitimate resources.
  • Batteries that are damaged when not used for a long time or not properly maintained according to the user manual.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage.
  • Usage for purposes other than standard consumer applications.

 

3. Warranty Claims Process

3.1 Initiation of Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Decarbon Venture Customer Support within the warranty period. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

3.2 Evaluation and Resolution

Upon receipt of your warranty claim, Decarbon Venture will evaluate the issue and determine if it falls within the scope of our warranty coverage. If approved, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

3.3 Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping products to Decarbon Venture for warranty service. Decarbon Venture will cover the cost of return shipping for products repaired or replaced under warranty.

4. Limitation of Liability

Decarbon Venture's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective products as described herein. We shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

5. Warranty Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of Decarbon Venture products.
