Cathode

The surface is coated with a fast ion conductor that improves lithium ion conductivity. This coating also effectively lowers the contact resistance between electrode materials, enhancing the diffusion rate of ions in and out of the electrode.

Anode

Features 3μm ultrafine carbon microspheres coated with hard carbon, with iron impurity levels below 3ppm, ensuring high purity standards. Additionally, the interlayer spacing between the carbon layers exceeds 0.340nm, which improves lithium ion storage capacity and cycling stability.

Electrolyte

Designed with a specialized lithium salt composition and high-quality additives for optimal electrode film formation, this customized electrolyte improves battery performance and stability.

Separator

Utilizing premium multilayer membranes from Japan's Toray Industries and the US's Celgard, these membranes are recognized for their uniform thickness, high material purity, outstanding oxidation resistance, and porosity rates of up to 55%.
